2. Coaching Agreement - sign, date and send to donna@pbcyfl.org - Coaches application 2024.pdf
3. Complete USA Football Heads Up Tackle Certification course - https://account.usafootball.com/login
Make sure you select PBCYFL as your organization. (check with your DVP for course code or email donna@pbcyfl.org to get code)
4. Email your USA Football Heads Up Certificate of Completion to Donna@pbcyfl.org
5. Email your head shot picture (include Division and Team in email) to donna@pbcyfl.org for your badge
6. Attend all Coaches meetings - 8/3/24 Coaches Clinic 9am - 1pm @ The Kings Academy
7. Participate in all League Fund Raisers
Team Parents, please complete the following:

3. Complete NFHS - CONCUSSION IN SPORTS COURSE - https://nfhslearn.com/
4. Email your Certificate of Completion to Donna@pbcyfl.org
5. Email your head shot picture (include Division and Team in email) to donna@pbcyfl.org for your badge
6. Attend all Team Parent meetings.
7. Participate in all League Fund Raisers.
Once the background check, heads up certification, team parents' concussion course has been completed you will be given your badge and only then will you be able to take the field. NO ONE CAN BE ON THE FIELD WITHOUT A BADGE. BADGE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE FIELD.
