Coaches (cheer & football), please complete the following:
1. Submit background check - https://opportunities.averity.com/PalmBeachCYFL
NOTE: Background checks are only good for one year, if you are coaching both tackle and flag you would only need to complete this once within the year of original request.
2. Coaching Agreement - sign, date and send to donna@pbcyfl.org - Coaches application 2024.pdf
NOTE: We will still need this completed for both tackle and flag football seasons even if you are coaching both.
3. Complete USA Football Heads Up Tackle Certification course - https://account.usafootball.com/login
Make sure you select PBCYFL as your organization. (check with your DVP for course code or email donna@pbcyfl.org to get code)
NOTE: This only needs to be done for tackle.
4. Email your USA Football Heads Up Certificate of Completion to Donna@pbcyfl.org
NOTE: This only needs to be done for tackle.
5. Email your head shot picture (include Division and Team in email) to donna@pbcyfl.org for your badge
6. Attend all Coaches meetings
7. Participate in all League Fundraisers

NOTE: Certification is only good for one year, if you are a team parent for both tackle and flag you would only need to complete this once within the year of original request.
4. Email your Certificate of Completion to Donna@pbcyfl.org
5. Email your head shot picture (include Division and Team in email) to donna@pbcyfl.org for your badge
6. Attend all Team Parent meetings.

Once the background check, heads up certification (tackle), team parents' concussion course has been completed you will be given your badge and only then will you be able to take the field. NO ONE CAN BE ON THE FIELD WITHOUT A BADGE. BADGE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE FIELD.
