Varsity Flag Football (14U - Ages 12, 13 & 14)

• Until games begin - practices can be 3 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm  - Coach's discretion
• Once games begin - practice can be 2 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm  - Coach's discretion
