    • Until games begin - practices can be 3 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm  - Coach's discretion
    • Once games begin - practice can be 2 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm  - Coach's discretion
