  • Until games begin - practices can be 4 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Coach's discretion 
  • Once games begin - practice can be 2 nights a week Monday through Thursday either 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Coach's discretion
